Refund policy

A video that fails costs you nothing — it is given back automatically. For payments, ask within 14 days of being charged.
Failed videos are given back automatically
If a video fails to render, whatever it used — a monthly video, a trial video, or AI credits — is returned to your account without you asking. A video refused by the content check before it is made uses nothing.
Refunds of payments
You can ask for a refund of any subscription payment or credit pack within 14 days of being charged. Write to support@socialreel.app from the email address on your account. If we do not resolve it, you can also ask Creem, as its buyer terms describe, using the details on your receipt.
Refunding a credit pack removes the credits it added, as far as your purchased balance still holds them — credits you have already used are not taken back, and your plan's monthly credits are not affected. The same applies if a payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer, and whatever was removed comes back if that reversal is later withdrawn.
Cancelling
Cancel from Billing at any time. You will not be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Who processes refunds
Creem is the merchant of record for every purchase, so refunds are paid by Creem back to the original payment method, and Creem's buyer terms apply too. Where the law where you live gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase or to a refund — for consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, 14 days — that right applies in addition to this policy.
